Our lives are always on the go and it can feel like we’re swept up in a whirlwind of things we need to do and places we need to be. Our thought and feelings often feel like a jumble, leaving us stressed, anxious and ruining our focus and attention spans.

Sometimes it feels like we don’t even have time to breathe. This makes mindfulness feel like a chore- we don’t have 10 minutes, let alone 30 minutes to relax! But it is so important for our mental well-being that we make space to be still.

Give yourself permission to get comfortable and make space for this video. It’s only 7 minutes, and it’s another level of soothing! So get physically and mentally comfortable and enjoy.

If you live in Gloucestershire and are aged 9-21, you can get support from our TIC+ counsellors. TIC+ works hard at raising funds so they can arrange for a counsellor to see you for free, all you need to do is call us on 01594 372777 or text us on 07520 634063 to arrange an appointment. We know it can be hard to take that first step but, like the other young people we’ve helped, you’ll be so glad you did.
