  • Volunteer Office Assistant (4+ hrs/week)

    TIC+ (Teens in Crisis) will provide face to face and online counselling to over 2000 children, young people and their families in Gloucestershire this year.

    We are now looking for a Volunteer Office Assistant to volunteer for a minimum of 4 hours a week on a Monday, with a commitment of at least 6 months.

    The role will involve filing, copying and general administrative tasks to support our busy administrative team.

    The role will be based at our Head Office in Mitcheldean.

  • Administration Coordinator / Executive Assistant

    Due to an exciting period of growth an opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an Administration Coordinator / Executive Assistant (ACEA) to join the TIC+ team. The selected candidate will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the charity, specifically around the counselling administration systems, structures and processes.

     

    The right candidate for this role will have experience supervising or line managing a team and will be an innovative, detail-oriented, organised planner and problem solver.

     

    Place of Work:          

    TIC+, Office Mitcheldean, Glos. and travel across Gloucestershire. 

    Hours of Work:         

    32.5 hours a week - normal hours of work are: Monday – Friday:  9.30am – 4.30pm

     

    Salary:                       

    £23,185 per annum (whole time equivalent salary)
