COUNSELLING SERVICES MANAGER/COUNSELLING SERVICES MANAGER DESIGNATE


Due to an exciting period of growth, an opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a
Counselling Services Manager/Counselling Services Manager Designate to join the TIC+ team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for staff line management and the delivery and
development of discrete areas of the TIC+ counselling service. You will play a key part
in enabling the charity to achieve its vision, mission and objectives, representing and promoting
the charity, and identifying new business opportunities.

The right candidate for this role will have experience supervising or line managing a team and managing an area of service delivery. Exceptional candidates without the relevant experience will be considered for the Counselling Services Manager Designate position and if successful will be given relevant training and mentoring over a twelve month period.


Place of Work: Can be based at various locations across Gloucestershire, extensive travel expected across Gloucestershire.

Hours of Work: 14 hours a week on a flexible basis

Salary: £36,485 per annum – pro-rata for part time employees
(Designate post £32,471 per annum rising to £36,485 – pro-rata for part time employees over a 12-month period on successful completion of probationary and designate periods).

Terms: Fixed term 18 months commencing October 2019 – March 2021 (it is hoped the contract will be extended subject to funding).

FINANCE MANAGER


Due to an exciting period of growth, an opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an experienced Finance Manager to join the TIC+ team, helping us support our growing team and building capacity for the future.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the delivery and development of discrete areas of finance, including YE accounts, daily operational finance functions as well as helping oversee independent audit.

Your experience in commercial tendering, financial reporting and feasibility cash models will play an integral part in enabling the charity to achieve its vision, mission and objectives, and the successful candidate will be a key part of the senior management team.

Place of Work: Our Head office at Mitcheldean

Hours of Work: 3-5 days (flexible). Flexible working considered by arrangement.

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Terms: Permanent subject to six-month probationary period.
