CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE'S COUNSELLOR - GLOUCESTER, CIRENCESTER & TEWKESBURY
Due to an exciting period of growth we are seeking to employ peripatetic counsellors to work face to face with children and young people, and may also include working with small groups of young people or parents. Successful candidates will form part of a dedicated and professional team.
Posts are available in the following districts:
Gloucester – 21 hours a week (14 clients)
South Cotswolds (Ciren/Tetbury/Fairford) – 11 hours a week (7 clients)
Tewkesbury (& N. Chelt) 15 hours a week (10 clients)
The hours are flexible delivered over 39 weeks per year – the majority during term time. Contracts are fixed term until March 2021.
Successful applicants will:
hold a relevant professional qualification in counselling/psychotherapy at Diploma level or above.
be a member of BACP or UKCP or equivalent and also listed on the BACP or equivalent Register.
preferably have experience working with children and young people.
hold a relevant counselling children and young people qualification (training can be accessed at TIC+).
have experience working to a brief/short term counselling model (7 sessions).
hold a valid driving license and have vehicle access or an ability to travel within the district applied for to meet clients at school/college or community venues.
Peer support, supervision & CPD is provided. Travel time & mileage allowance is paid between clients.
Salary: £24,044 – £30,732 depending on experience, whole time equivalent (pro-rata for part-time employees).

Due to an exciting period of growth, an opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an experienced Finance Manager to join the TIC+ team, helping us support our growing team and building capacity for the future.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the delivery and development of discrete areas of finance, including YE accounts, daily operational finance functions as well as helping oversee independent audit.
Your experience in commercial tendering, financial reporting and feasibility cash models will play an integral part in enabling the charity to achieve its vision, mission and objectives, and the successful candidate will be a key part of the senior management team.

Hours of Work: 3-5 days (flexible). Flexible working considered by arrangement.
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Terms: Permanent subject to six-month probationary period.
